Tasting Note

The wine has a lovely and intense ruby-red colour with a bouquet reminiscent of cherries, dried fruit, chocolate and prunes. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and round, with a pleasant spiciness and an amazingly long and lingering finish.

Tenute Fiorebelli Rosso del Veneto Appassimento wine hails from Italy's prestigious Veneto region. This lush, red varietal delivers powerful flavours of ripe berries and dark cherries, enhanced by undertones of spices and chocolate. Made using the renowned Appassimento method, the grapes are air-dried prior to fermentation, offering a distinct raisiny quality and a full-bodied, velvety texture. This complex wine exhibits great ageing potential and makes an excellent addition to any wine collection. Aesthetically pleasing too, the wine presents an intense garnet hue which bodes well for the rich and satisfying drinking experience that awaits.

About the Winery

Founded in 2010, Tenute Fiorebelli is a premium Italian wine brand created by Alessandro Michelon in partnership with Orion Wines, with the aim of showcasing the character of Italy's finest wine regions through carefully selected vineyard sites and traditional winemaking. Rather than owning a single estate, Tenute Fiorebelli works closely with a small network of experienced growers, with Michelon personally overseeing vineyard selection, vinification and bottling to ensure consistent quality and authenticity.
