Product Notes

Mount Horrocks Watervale Clare Valley Riesling is a celebrated Australian wine known for its exceptional quality and refreshing character. This light-bodied wine boasts bright citrus aromas with a hint of minerals, blending seamlessly into undertones of succulent peach and delicate floral notes. Its palate teases with a blend of lime, ripe grapefruit, and soft stone fruit, followed by a captivating mineral finish. Expertly crafted, this Riesling presents an impressive balance between sweetness and acidity, resulting in a classic, elegant wine with delightful freshness. A must-try for Riesling aficionados or those simply seeking a crisp, aromatic treat.

Tasting Notes

Youthful lime green that will develop in time. Delicate spring florals and lime leaf. Crunchy green apple and crisp, vibrant and distinctive lemon-lime citrus flavours create a juicy and tangy mouthfeel. This wine is almost ethereally light and elegant; its minerality smooths along the palate to a long, pleasing close. Impressively delicious and worthy of at least a few years cellaring, if not more than a decade.
