Tasting Note
Deep ruby red in colour, with an intense and expressive nose of violets, ripe cherries and plums, underpinned by subtle earthy and mineral nuances. The palate is beautifully pure and energetic, combining vibrant red and dark fruit with a broad, silky texture and fresh acidity. Fine tannins provide structure without heaviness, while the amphora ageing brings depth and complexity. Long, precise and mineral on the finish, with remarkable purity and persistence. A distinctive and sophisticated expression of Gamay.
