Tasting Note

This wine has pronounced aromas of white peach and citrus, with gentle spice notes. The palate is round and supple with intense exotic fruit flavours and brioche hints, culminating in a long, balanced finish.

Product Notes

Domaine Cauhapé L'Éclipse Vin de France wine is a sumptuous blend, renowned for its eloquent marriage of flavours and depth. An embodiment of French winemaking mastery, it bursts with a vivacious palate highlighting sugared fruits, white flowers, and delicate honey notes. The wine charms with a glossy golden hue, indicating its world-class quality and mature age. Its slight minerality harmonises beautifully with robust acidity, creating an exquisitely balanced profile. About the Winery

Domaine Cauhapé

Domaine Cauhapé was founded in 1970 when winemaker and label artist Henri Ramonteu transformed his family’s cattle farm in Monein, Jurançon, into a vineyard estate. He produced his first sweet wines in 1980, followed by dry wines in 1984, and the domaine is now recognised as one of Jurançon’s leading producers.
