Product Notes

Dominio do Bibei Lacima Ribeira Sacra wine is a remarkable Spanish red that hails from the prestigious Ribeira Sacra region. This opulent, full-bodied wine has a beguiling complexity, with profiles of ripe black fruits, cherry, mineral and earthy undercurrents, complemented by a persistent, well-balanced finish. Its deep ruby red colour teases the eye, preceding delicate tannins which unfurl upon the palate. Made with Mencia grapes, skillfully grown on terraced hillsides, it is a testament to meticulous viticulture. Aged in barrels for an extended period, it displays harmonious oak notes, culminating in a wine that is truly a sensory spectacle.

Tasting Notes

The bouquet has aromas of rose petals, pomegranate and black cherry aromas alongside a spicy background. This is a medium-bodied, savoury red displaying lots of juicy dark fruit and a lively acidity.
