Gavalas Enalia Wine brings echoes of the small, idyllic island of Santorini in Greece. An exquisite blend crafted by the Gavalas family honouring centuries-old traditions, it offers a heavenly balance of earthy minerality and citrusy acidity. On the nose, it has a fragrant bouquet of aromatic herbs, orchard fruits, and floral notes. The taste reveals delightful layers of pear, lime and anise, enveloped in a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Immaculately oaked, Gavalas Enalia Wine ends on a lingering, silky finish. A superb reflection of Santorini's terroir, it complements Mediterranean cuisine perfectly, enhancing any dining experience.

About the Winery

Gavalas

Gavalas Winery is one of Santorini’s oldest family-owned estates, based in the traditional village of Megalochori. Housed in a historic stone building constructed in the island’s distinctive architectural style, the winery was once also used as a canava, a traditional winemaking and distilling facility. Many original features have been carefully preserved, including the old cellars and grape-stomping rooms, while modern winemaking facilities and state-of-the-art equipment have been added to support precise, high-quality production.
