Product Notes

Inglenook Winery Cabernet Sauvignon is a regal Californian wine, renowned for its complex, layered structure. Eminently sophisticated, this rich red showcases notes of ripe cherry, plum and blackberry, offset by subtle undertones of lush herbs and toasted oak. It leaves an impressive, full-bodied mouthfeel, alongside excellent tannins that promise an engaging lingering finish. Aged in French oak, its velvety texture further enhances its luxuriating dark fruit intensity. The Inglenook Winery Cabernet Sauvignon is a true embodiment of an intricately crafted vintage, destined to gratify discerning wine enthusiasts. Its equilibrium of robust flavours and subtle nuances encapsulates the winery's excellence.

Tasting Notes

A classic expression of Inglenook’s terroir, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a complex aromatic burst of cassis, black cherry, vanilla and anise. Supple, ripe tannins enhance a velvety palate, which boasts tremendous depth. Even more striking is the extravagant array of macerated black fruits which extends through the lingering finish.
