Product Notes

Codorníu Cava Rosé wine, originating from Spain's renowned Codorníu vineyards, presents a delightful blend of elegance and exuberance. Encased in an enchantingly vibrant salmon-hued bottle, this Rosé sparkles with a delicate effervescence. The wine captivates with fragrant notes of luscious red berries, accompanied by a subtly floral undertone. Upon tasting, one can savour its fresh acidity balanced perfectly against its fruity sweetness. The finish, undoubtedly crisp and dry, leaves a lingering taste of ripe strawberries. This beautifully refreshing, medium-bodied cava makes an exquisite partner to seafood or light pasta. Its luxurious taste profile transcends any occasion into a memorable celebration.

Tasting Notes

A blend of Monastrell, Pinot Noir, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada matured for at least nine months to allow the lovely toasty flavours from ageing to develop. Light-pink in colour with vibrant, fruity aromas and ripe, summer fruit flavours.
