On the palate, its balance, silkiness, and great volume stand out, with a very long, persistent, and savoury finish. It concludes with a mineral acidity-bitterness and has the potential to live for many years in the bottle.

About the Winery

Astobiza is one of the leading modern estates of the Basque Country, producing distinctive Atlantic wines that demonstrate the serious, age-worthy potential of Txakoli. The family-owned winery is located in Okondo, Álava, around 30 kilometres from Bilbao, within the DOP Arabako Txakolina.
