Tasting Note

Ruby red with an attractive nose of pink peppercorn, cinnamon, cherries and roses, the MCC delivers wildness and perfume in equal measures. Sweet red fruit contrasts the spiciness on the palate and finishes clean, dry and focused with rose petal and cherry notes on the after breath. Good acidity keeps the wine bright and fresh faced, albeit rustic and food friendly

Product Notes

The Brash Higgins MCC Mataro/Cinsault/Carignan is an intriguing and robust red blend sourced from South Australia. Possessing an inviting ruby hue, its bouquet offers a symphony of dark berries, leather and spice, tinged with a hint of liquorice. On the palate, it unravels to deliver robust flavours enriched by smoky undertones and gentle tannins. The grape varietals masterfully dovetail, segueing into a lingering finish. The Brash Higgins MCC is undoubtedly a multifaceted wine, embodying sophistication, depth and a refreshingly unique profile which engages both novice and seasoned wine aficionados. A fine selection for a hearty meal or standalone indulgence.
