Tasting Note

Dark and intense in colour, this wine is very fruit forward with a great elegance. The nose has refined ripe fruit aromas of blueberry and violet. On the palate, intense fruit flavours are melded with gentle notes of spice from French oak, balanced by a lively acidity and silky, well-rounded tannins.

Product Notes

Château de Chambert Cahors Malbec wine is a French gem in its purest form. It boasts an enchanting dark ruby hue with intense violet undertones, speak volumes about its rich taste. This Malbec has a luscious bouquet of black currants and blackberries, eloquently intermingled with hints of graphite and violets. On the palate, smooth tannins are beautifully integrated; each sip indulging in concentrated dark fruit tones subtly edged with forest-floor and bell pepper notes. Pair this full-bodied red with robust red meats to witness an exquisite fusion of flavours. It's a true embodiment of Cahors, capturing its terroir impeccably.
