Tasting Note

Deep ruby in colour. The nose is complex with well-defined aromas of dark fruits and spices, accompanied by a marked minerality. The palate is dense yet elegant with extraordinary structure and iron fist in velvet glove tannins. A stunning Malbec built to last.

Product Notes

Château de Chambert Grand Vin Cahors Malbec is a distinguished French wine with distinctive character. Exuding a deep ruby hue, this wine delivers a symphony of rich, dark fruits. Hints of blackberry, plump plum and sweet spice lead to an opulent, full-bodied palate. Robust tannins balance its powerful, intense flavours, whilst subtle oakiness hints at its ageing potential. Far from one-dimensional, this Malbec finishes with intricate layers of cocoa and tobacco. Contained in an elegant bottle, this Grand Vin is indeed a sterling testament to the Cahors region's prowess in Malbec production - an unmissable experience for fine wine connoisseurs.
