Tasting Note

The wine is distinctive, marked by pure fruit and very fine aromatic definition. Notes of exotic fruits such as mango emerge, alongside hints of candied lemon. Floral in character, with a dominant note of angelica on the nose. Guiraud’s signature peppermint freshness also comes through clearly. On the palate, the wine is precise, with bright acidity and a perfectly balanced structure. A great Sauternes.
