Tasting Note

A delicate pearly pink in the glass, this elegant rosé opens with subtle aromas of spring flowers, white peach and freshly grated grapefruit peel. The palate is bright and refreshing, mirroring the nose with its delicate stone fruit character and floral lift. Crisp acidity brings energy and precision, leading to a clean, vibrant finish marked by lingering notes of grapefruit zest and citrus freshness.

About the Winery

Château Sainte Marguerite

Château Sainte Marguerite is a leading estate in Provence, situated in the coastal appellation of La Londe-les-Maures, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea between Hyères and Saint-Tropez. The château was originally established in 1929 by André Chevillon, who named the property after his wife, Marguerite. Recognising the exceptional quality of its vineyards, the estate was awarded Cru Classé status in 1955, one of the highest distinctions in Provence. In 1977, the property was acquired by the Fayard family, who undertook extensive replanting and modernisation of the vineyards and winery. Under the leadership of Jean-Pierre and Olivier Fayard, Château Sainte Marguerite has grown into one of the region’s most respected producers while remaining committed to its family heritage and long-term vision.
