An extraordinary old Amontillado from a solera established in 1874, with an average age of over 50 years. Intensely complex, showing toasted hazelnut, walnut, orange peel, caramel, vanilla and subtle smoky and saline notes. Powerful yet beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity, remarkable concentration and an exceptionally long, dry, savoury finish.
