Tasting Note

Beautifully refined, with a bright amber colour and complex aromas of toasted hazelnut, salted almond, caramel, citrus peel and delicate rancio, followed by hints of old wood and dried fruit. The palate is completely dry, elegant and beautifully focused, combining citrus freshness and pronounced salinity with layers of toasted nuts, caramel and subtle oxidative complexity. There is impressive concentration without heaviness, with a fine, slightly oily texture and a remarkably long, savoury finish.
