Produced from the tropical Assyrtiko grape variety, it presents an exquisite blend of citrus fruits and ripe pears with mineral, earthy undertones, captured from the high-altitude, volcanic soil vineyards on Santorini Island. Aged in Greek amphora clay pots, this unique process bestows a distinguished, textured depth to its taste. The result is an extraordinarily assertive, full-bodied wine, sharp and crisp, with a pleasantly tart finish.
