This exquisite Gaia Vinsanto by Gaia, matured for 8 years on the glorious island of Santorini, is an epitome of fine Greek winemaking. Reflective of the sun-kissed vineyards, it radiates an enticing amber colour with an aroma of dried figs, honey, and sweet spices. As it lovingly greets the palate, there’s an extraordinary marriage of acidity and sweetness, unveiling flavour notes of orange marmalade, roasted nuts, chocolate, and sun-dried tomatoes. Its luxurious finish is long and well balanced, leaving a delightful aftertaste.
