Tasting Note

Clos du Temple is a very pale, sparkling rosé. The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit (apricot, white peach), floral notes of rose and spicy aromas of green pepper. On the palate, these same scents are enhanced by a delicate finish of blond tobacco. This wine is capable of aging for many years.
