Product Notes

J'Noon Akluj Red wine is a captivating blend of sublime fruit flavors and robust tannins. Originated from India's pristine wine region, Akluj, this red wine stands out for its opulent layers of blackberry, plums and cherries interlaced with nuances of sweet spices and whispers of violet. Its full-bodied character, velvety texture, and graceful finish lend a resounding complexity. Balanced acidity and spicy undertones add to its grace, allowing it to pair exquisitely with roasted meats and spicy cuisine. Perfect for special occasions, J'Noon Akluj Red wine embodies the epitome of Indian winemaking sophistication.

Tasting Notes

Deep purple in colour. The Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes give the wine its deep purple colour and flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry, while the Cabernet Sauvignon contributes backbone as well as a freshness to the blend. This wine has structured tannins, a full body and notes of spearmint and graphite, supported by a backdrop of cedar and fresh tobacco. The finish is long and silky.
