Tasting Note

Ripe wild berries on the nose, with touches of violet, black pepper and a hint of eucalyptus. Rich and powerful on the palate, with notes of raspberry, blackberry and spice on the finish.

Product Notes

The Kopke LBV Port wine is a standout expression from Portugal’s oldest port house. It features an enticing dark ruby colour, aromatic complexity that bursts with ripe dark fruits, bittersweet chocolate and delicate spicy notes. The palate is packed with robust yet rounded flavours of blackberries, plums and a hint of licorice, balanced perfectly by well-integrated tannins. Its full-bodied richness is complemented by a smooth, lasting finish. Best enjoyed after a hearty meal or with rich desserts, this Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Port combines classic richness with modern elegance. An exquisite testament to Kopke’s extensive winemaking heritage.
