Tasting Note

On the nose, this wine has a perfect blend of exotic and citrus fruits, delightfully integrated with toasted sweet spices. The palate is smooth and aromatic, with ripe fruit flavours and delicious notes of pineapple, quince, and chestnut, to create a complex and delicate wine.

Product Notes

Domaine Cauhapé Symphonie de Novembre Jurançon is a luxurious late harvest wine boasting an euphoric medley of candied fruits, honey and floral aromas. Grown in the rustic vineyards of South West France, it's a beautiful sweet wine exuding quality and charm. Handpicked Gros Manseng grapes contribute to its unique flavour profile. The wine leaves a lasting impression with its perfect harmony between luscious sweetness and energetic acidity. Its golden hue and intoxicating aroma draw you in, while its sumptuous flavour, a symphony of ripe pears, tropical fruits, and zesty spice notes, ensures an unforgettable experience. A true testament to the expertise of Domaine Cauhapé.

About the Winery

Domaine Cauhapé

Domaine Cauhapé was founded in 1970 when winemaker and label artist Henri Ramonteu transformed his family’s cattle farm in Monein, Jurançon, into a vineyard estate. He produced his first sweet wines in 1980, followed by dry wines in 1984, and the domaine is now recognised as one of Jurançon’s leading producers.
