Its charming ruby red hue hints at an engaging palate of ripe cherry, plum, hinting at sweet spice. The palate is splendidly balanced; a medium body, tasteful acidity and structured tannins engage the senses. With time, it unveils marvelous notes of chocolate and tobacco. AROMA - Incense overtones lead to pencil, wood and graphite as well as cherries macerated in alcohol well integrated with fruity, green and plant nuances, followed by an inky finish. TASTING PROFILE - Precise flavours balanced with smooth yet impactful tannins, fruit macerated in alcohol and light spices resulting in intense and soft sensations.
