Tasting Note

Possessioni is a full-bodied, fruity wine, made with Corvina, Molinara and Sangiovese, grown on estates in memory of the family’s Tuscan origins. Typical cherry aromas, with a slight touch of liquorice. On the palate well-structured with good acidity and intense aromas of ripe cherries. Long finish with hints of resinated wood.

Product Notes

Serègo Alighieri Possessioni Rosso wine is an enchanting Italian vintage originating from the house of Dante Alighieri's descendants. This illustrious red blend presents a vibrant ruby red hue, offering a palate interweaving firm cherries, ripe raspberries, and plums, layered with subtle spices and rich, velvety tannins. Enveloped in an elegant aroma of wild berries and hints of vanilla, it provides a delightful, long-lasting finish. Its excellence lies in its balanced acidity, making it an exquisite accompaniment to grilled meats and mature cheeses. A true reflection of its Venetian heritage, it significantly contributes to the legacy of the Alighieri estate.
