Tommasi Fiorato Recioto della Valpolicella Classico is a richly concentrated Italian wine exuding warmth and romance. Made in the Valpolicella region, it boasts an incredibly alluring deep garnet colour. One can expect a refined and complex nose with captivating notes of cherry, prune, and dark chocolate. Palate is impeccably balanced with delightful sweetness and soft, ripe tannins. The engaging finish is long and satisfying. An exceptional dessert wine, it pairs perfectly with chocolatey puddings or mature cheeses. Serving at 18-20°C enhances the wine's unforgettable aroma and palate. Deep ruby in colour, Fiorato is very elegant and complex wine with rich notes of fruit preserved in alcohol. Cherry is at the forefront, accompanied by hints of vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is broad and harmonious, with well-balanced sweetness and a persistent finish.
