Tasting Note

Deep ruby red in colour, this Chianti Classico Riserva has an intense aromatic profile of red cherry, raspberry and strawberry mingled with elegant notes of leather and cocoa. On the palate it is full-bodied and rich, with great structure, concentrated flavours and a refreshing backbone of acidity. The wine carries through onto a long, generous finish, with velvety tannins.

Product Notes

Dievole Novecento Chianti Classico Riserva is a delectable Italian wine hailing from Tuscany's renowned Chianti region. With a rich ruby hue, this wine delights with a complex aroma of black cherries, dried herbs, earthy undertones, and light hints of oak. On tasting, it exhibits a balanced acidity with expressive notes of dark fruits, plums, and distinct spicy undertones. It's characteristically smooth on the palate, fine grained and velvety, ending in a long, satisfying finish. This full-bodied red is beautifully structured, making it perfect for cellaring or savouring with robust Italian dishes.
