Tasting Note

Displaying a luminous pearly pink hue with delicate golden highlights, this wine opens with an expressive bouquet where ripe white peach and pear intertwine with exotic notes of lychee, passion fruit and freshly grated grapefruit zest. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, revealing layers of citrus and floral nuances, including rose petals and a subtle hint of jasmine. Bright acidity lends energy and precision, while the wine's elegant texture carries through to a long, persistent finish that lingers gracefully with floral and citrus echoes.

Product Notes

Château Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Rosé is a sensational wine from the Côtes de Provence region of France. Its delicate, light pink hue gives way to tantalising flavours of fresh strawberries, ripe peaches and hint of spice. The palate presents a beautiful blend of crisp acidity and lush fruitiness that linger on the finish. This robust yet elegant rosé reflects the expansive terroir from which it hails. It possesses the perfect balance of depth and freshness, making it a wonderful accompaniment to a wide array of dishes. Savour Château Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Rosé for a truly exquisite Provencal wine experience.

About the Winery

Château Sainte Marguerite

Château Sainte Marguerite is a leading estate in Provence, situated in the coastal appellation of La Londe-les-Maures, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea between Hyères and Saint-Tropez. The château was originally established in 1929 by André Chevillon, who named the property after his wife, Marguerite. Recognising the exceptional quality of its vineyards, the estate was awarded Cru Classé status in 1955, one of the highest distinctions in Provence. In 1977, the property was acquired by the Fayard family, who undertook extensive replanting and modernisation of the vineyards and winery. Under the leadership of Jean-Pierre and Olivier Fayard, Château Sainte Marguerite has grown into one of the region’s most respected producers while remaining committed to its family heritage and long-term vision.
