Tasting Note

Bright yellow wine with gold hints, on the nose notes of orange, citrus, flowers combine elegantly with mint, sage, acacia and white rose. On the palate, it is fresh, well-structured with a final note of bergamot.

Product Notes

Curatolo Arini Gagliardetta Zibibbo Secco is an exquisite white wine hailing from sun-drenched Sicily. With each sip, it introduces a tantalising burst of sun-ripe tropical fruit, fragrant orange blossom, and an underlying hint of aromatic spices. The alluring aroma perfectly complements the well-balanced palate, offering a beautiful blend of zestiness and sweetness. Crafted from the indigenous Zibibbo grape variety, this wine manages to retain a refreshing, crisp finish despite its generous flavour profile. Its sophisticated complexity makes it a versatile choice, equally brilliant with seafood dishes or on its own as an aperitif, making for a splendidly enjoyable drink.

About the Winery

Curatolo Arini

Curatolo Arini, founded in 1875 by Vito Curatolo Arini, is run by the family’s fifth generation, making it the oldest family-owned Marsala producer still in existence. Alberto Antonini is the consultant winemaker here. His influence is evident in the wines, combining the richness that Sicily can easily provide with the freshness only someone with Alberto’s experience can retain.
