Tasting Note

With its delicate ochre hue, this rosé captures the warmth of the Provençal landscape. The nose is subtle and nuanced, combining fresh, invigorating aromas with delicate spice and ripe fruit. On the palate, it is supple and generous, with a beautifully balanced, gently spicy character that makes it remarkably versatile at the table, from seafood and Mediterranean dishes to the vibrant flavours of North Africa. Thanks to the Mourvèdre in the blend, this is a rosé with genuine ageing potential. With time, its colour deepens towards amber while the aromas gain complexity and savoury depth. A particularly compelling match for richly spiced, peppery and exotic cuisine.

Product Notes

Domaine de La Tour du Bon Bandol Rosé is an exquisite French wine embodying a graceful blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault grape varieties. This Provence-produced rosé is famed for its robust, yet harmonious profile. With a rose gold hue, it enchants your palate with delicate flavours of fresh berries and white peach, underlain by a subtle minerality and a hint of spiced undertones. The crisp acidity is astoundingly balanced, culminating in a lengthy, inviting finish. It's a truly indulgent Bandol Rosé reflecting the uniqueness of its terroir, perfect for savouring on a warm summer's day or partnering with light cuisines.
