Tasting Note

This rosé is pale pink in colour with purple highlights. On the nose, there are distinct aromas of rose petal and blood orange. On the palate, the round, fleshy texture is balanced by a bright freshness. The bursting fruitiness carries through a long flavourful finish.

About the Winery

Château La Verrerie

In 1981, Jean-Louis Descours discovered Château La Verrerie while searching for a project to pursue after retirement. Captivated by the estate’s potential, he acquired the then 20-hectare property and, together with his son Gérard, undertook its revival. A new winery was built, additional vineyard parcels were acquired, and the family committed themselves to a single goal: producing wines of quality and distinction. The estate’s first vintage was released in 1985.
