Tedeschi La Fabriseria Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore is a wine from Italy, blending traditional Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. This full-bodied red boasts a deep ruby colour, inviting a sensory adventure with hints of ripe red fruits, herbs, and spices. It features balanced acidity and gentle tannins. The flavour profile is rich with cherries and hints of almond, enveloped in a soft oak finish. It's aged for 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels, adding complexity and depth. Bouquet: hints of black currant, sour cherry, cherry, and prune gives freshness to the wine and is combined with hints of minerals and vanilla ethers. Flavor: rich structure and balance. The retro-olfaction confirms the nose notes. It is an elegant wine with a long finish.
